The Multi Purpose Moisture Meter is a portable digital instrument that gives a rapid, direct reading of moisture content in soil as well as organic and inorganic chemical raw materials, using single-chip technology with automatic error correction.
How It Works
A probe is inserted into the material being tested, and the instrument's single-chip electronics measure the material's response, automatically correcting for a range of common error sources through its built-in calibration software. Results are shown on a large, high-definition LCD display, and the meter includes ten kinds of error correction alongside forty sets of stored calibration functions, allowing it to be configured for different material types without needing a separate meter for each.
