Flexural Machine Manufacturer,Supplier and Exporter in India
Product Code : TVT-CTE-10464
The Flexural Machine is a self-contained, DC-motor-driven flexural (bending) testing machine for concrete beams, available in 100 kN and 150 kN capacity versions, needing no separate compression machine to supply hydraulic power.
How It Works
An imported DC motor drives the machine's own hydraulic system, giving lower noise, lower oil temperature, and lower power consumption than a conventional AC-driven pump. The rigid, compact frame is designed to minimise deflection at maximum pressure for accurate readings, and the console's load sensor (30 kPa or 50 kPa depending on capacity version) measures applied load as the beam is loaded to failure across its set support span. Loading span can be set to 100mm, 150mm, or a single-point configuration, letting the machine run either third-point or centre-point flexural tests.

Applications
Used to run third-point and centre-point flexural strength tests on concrete beams per ASTM C78 / C293, IS 516, and EN 12390-5, as a self-contained alternative to fitting a flexural frame attachment to a compression testing machine.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does this machine need a separate compression machine to operate?
No — it has its own DC-motor-driven hydraulic system and console, unlike the 100kN Hydraulic Flexural Frame, which connects to and draws hydraulic power from an existing compression machine.
What capacity options are available?
100 kN and 150 kN versions, each with a matched load sensor (30 kPa and 50 kPa respectively).
What support span settings does the machine offer?
300mm and 450mm support spans, paired with 100mm/150mm loading spans or a single-point loading configuration, to suit different standard beam sizes under ASTM C78/C293 and IS 516.
