Concrete Flow Table Apparatus Manufacturer,Supplier and Exporter in India
Product Code : TVT-CTE-10469
The Concrete Flow Table Apparatus is a large, round-table flow apparatus for determining the workability and consistency of fresh concrete, available in manual and motorised drop configurations.
How It Works
A conical or cylindrical mould of fresh concrete is placed at the centre of the Ø762mm table and struck off, then lifted away. The table is then raised and dropped through a fixed 12.5mm height, either by hand (manual version) or by the built-in 1Hp motor (motorised version), a set number of times, causing the concrete to spread outward. The average spread diameter after this standard jolting sequence gives a measure of the mix's flow and workability.

Applications
Used to assess the flow and workability of fresh concrete mixes per EN 12350-5 (Flow Table Test), with the larger Ø762mm round table and motorised option suited to higher-throughput laboratories, complementing Tvet Equipments' smaller square-table flow apparatus.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between the manual and motorised versions?
Both share the same Ø762mm table and 12.5mm drop height; the motorised version adds a 1Hp motor to automate the jolting sequence instead of it being operated by hand, and is slightly heavier and larger in footprint as a result.
How does this differ from the Flow Table Apparatus 30kg?
This is a larger, round Ø762mm table (100-115kg) available in manual and motorised versions; the Flow Table Apparatus 30kg is a smaller, lighter rectangular-table unit — both perform the same EN 12350-5 concrete flow test principle.
What does the flow value indicate?
The average spread diameter of the concrete after the standard jolting sequence — a larger spread indicates a more flowable, workable mix.
