The Touch Screen Machine 2000kN is a computerised 2000 kN compression and flexural testing machine running Tvet Equipments' Super Test 7.2 software, with an imported DC motor drive said to cut energy use by up to 70% compared with conventional hydraulic drives.
How It Works
The touch-screen console runs Super Test 7.2, which lets the operator input test number, target strength, specimen age, sample size (cube, block or cylinder) and loading speed before each test, then displays load against time in real time during the test. Up to 10 samples can be added to a single test report, results are stored in computer memory without practical limit, and reports can include customer information, mix ratio and project details entered manually. Calibration can be run automatically or manually with auto-correction for load error, and the software carries separate programs for compression and flexural testing.
