100kN Hydraulic Flexural Frame Manufacturer,Supplier and Exporter in India
Product Code : TVT-CTE-10463
The 100kN Hydraulic Flexural Frame is a flexural (bending) test attachment that connects, via a hydraulic hose and attachment kit, to a separate concrete compression testing machine, turning that machine's hydraulic power source into a third-point or centre-point flexural loading rig for concrete beams.
How It Works
The frame's rigid, compact structure is designed to minimise deflection under maximum load, which keeps the load-vs-deflection reading accurate at the point of failure. A concrete beam specimen is supported on the lower rollers at the set support span, and load is applied through the upper roller(s) — spaced at the set loading span — by the hydraulic pressure supplied from the connected compression machine via the hose and attachment kit, rather than from an integral pump of its own.

Applications
Used to run third-point and centre-point flexural strength tests on concrete beams per ASTM C78 / C293, IS 516, and EN 12390-5, using the hydraulic power of an existing compression testing machine rather than requiring a separate, self-powered flexural machine.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does this frame have its own hydraulic pump?
No — it is supplied with a hydraulic hose and attachment kit to connect to an existing compression testing machine, which supplies the hydraulic pressure.
What is the difference between the two loading/support span settings?
The 100mm/300mm and 150mm/450mm span options correspond to the two standard beam sizes commonly tested under ASTM C78/C293 and IS 516, letting the same frame accommodate more than one beam length.
How does this differ from the standalone Flexural Machine?
This is an attachment frame that borrows hydraulic power from a separate compression machine; the Flexural Machine is a self-contained unit with its own DC-motor-driven hydraulic system and console, needing no separate compression machine.
