The Digimatic Load Cell 300kN is a digital-readout load and force verification device consisting of a sensitive steel-block strain element housed in a protective sheathing, used for calibrating compression testing machines at the lower end of the capacity range.
How It Works
As load is applied through the compression testing machine under calibration, strain in the sensitive steel-block element is transmitted to an amplifier, which converts it into a digital load reading. Comparing this reading against the testing machine's own indicated load verifies the machine's force accuracy across its working range.
