The Automatic Touch Screen Compression Machine 3000kN is the higher-capacity 3000 kN sibling of Tvet Equipments' touch-screen compression range, running the same Super Test software family with an imported DC motor drive for compression and flexural testing of concrete specimens.
How It Works
As with the 2000 kN touch-screen model, the Super Test software lets the operator enter test number, target strength, specimen age, sample size (cube, block or cylinder) and loading speed, displays the load-vs-time curve in real time, supports up to 10 samples per report, and allows manual entry of project and customer information into the printed report. Automatic or manual calibration with auto-correction for load error keeps readings consistent over time. The larger 300 mm piston ram diameter and 80 mm travel give this model its higher 3000 kN capacity compared with the 2000 kN version.
