The Compression Machine (Light Duty) 2000kN is a 2000 kN concrete compression testing machine built around an imported DC motor drive, dual sensitivity ranges for improved resolution across low and high loads, and dual channels ready for both compression and flexural test programs.
How It Works
The machine switches automatically between a low range (0-999 kN x 0.1 kN sensitivity) and a high range (1000-2000 kN x 1 kN sensitivity), giving finer resolution on lower-strength early-age specimens as well as full-range coverage up to 2000 kN. Load is applied hydraulically through the piston ram, with results auto-saved for up to 450 specimens and exportable via USB. The extended base frame gives the operator a more comfortable working height, and the piston travel switch and fully covered enclosure add operating safety.

Applications
Used for compressive strength testing of concrete cubes and cylinders per ASTM C39, IS 516, and EN 12390-4, with the dual sensitivity ranges giving accurate readings on both early-age, lower-strength specimens and full-strength specimens on the same machine. The dual-channel-ready design also supports flexural testing per ASTM C78 / C293, IS 516, and EN 12390-5 when fitted with a flexural bend-test jig.
