The Welded Frame Compression Machine 3000kN is a high-capacity, fully welded-frame concrete compression testing machine built for laboratories that routinely test high-strength cubes, cylinders and blocks. It runs on Tvet Equipments' Super Test 9.1 control software with dual test programs for compression and flexural testing, selectable sample-size routines for cubes, blocks and cylinders, and automatic reporting of up to 10 samples in a single test report.
How It Works
A specimen is centred on the lower compression platen and the upper platen is brought down to make contact. The hydraulic power pack applies load through the piston ram at an operator-set or programmed loading rate, while a digital load sensor (0.1% sensor accuracy) continuously reports the applied force to the Super Test 9.1 console. The system logs peak load, computes compressive strength from the specimen's bearing area, and stores the result in the batch report. Because the frame is a single welded (non-tie-rod) structure rather than a bolted assembly, it offers high rigidity for repeated high-load cycles. When fitted with a flexural bend-test jig (supplied as an accessory), the same load frame and software can additionally run flexural strength tests; buyers who need on-day flexural capability should confirm the jig is included in their configuration.
