The Touch Screen Welded Frame Compression Machine 2000kN pairs a high-tensile carbon-steel welded frame with an imported DC motor drive and a touch-screen control console, giving laboratories a 2000 kN concrete compression machine with dual channels for compression and flexural test programs.
How It Works
The DC motor drives the hydraulic pump smoothly, reducing noise and vibration compared with conventional AC-motor pumps, while giving finer control over the loading rate. The touch-screen console selects between the compression and flexural test channels, guides the operator through specimen setup, and logs the peak load and computed strength automatically.
