Plastic Curing Tank Manufacturer,Supplier and Exporter in India
Product Code : TVT-CTE-10459
The Plastic Curing Tank is a moulded plastic water curing tank for concrete test specimens, offered in a range of sizes holding from around 60 to 280 standard 150mm cubes, giving a lighter, corrosion-free alternative to a galvanized steel curing tank.
How It Works
Concrete specimens are fully submerged in the tank, filled with clean (often lime-saturated) water at the specified curing temperature, keeping the specimens continuously moist until their scheduled test age. Because the tank is moulded plastic rather than galvanized steel, it will not corrode or rust in continuous water contact, and its tapered top-wider/bottom-narrower shape is sized against each tank's stated 150mm cube holding capacity.

Applications
Used for the standard water curing of concrete cube specimens prior to strength testing, per ASTM C511 and IS 516, as a lighter, corrosion-resistant alternative to a galvanized steel curing tank.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does this differ from the Galvanized Curing Tank With Drain Valve?
This tank is moulded plastic rather than galvanized steel, giving a lighter, corrosion-free option, though Tvet Equipments\u2019 published spec for this tank does not list a drain valve — confirm this detail before ordering if a drain valve is required.
How many cubes can the largest plastic tank hold?
The largest listed size (1600 x 1200mm top, 740mm height) holds approximately 280 nos. of 150mm cubes.
What curing conditions does this tank support?
Full water immersion curing per ASTM C511/IS 516, which specify curing water quality, temperature, and minimum curing duration before testing.
