Concrete Culverts Tester Manufacturer,Supplier and Exporter in India
Product Code : TVT-CTE-10525
The Concrete Culverts Tester is a hydraulically powered testing machine designed to test concrete culverts, sewer and drain pipes used in drainage, water and irrigation supply systems, built around a bolted structural-steel frame that can be assembled or disassembled for delivery and site relocation.
How It Works
The culvert specimen sits on the frame's base, which includes a Sand-Bed-Compartment that can be filled with up to 75mm of sand as required by the governing test standard, providing the correct bedding support during the test. The Smart Console Unit — a moveable hydraulic control unit with a DC-motor-driven, 5-element high-pressure pump and touch-screen interface — drives a double-acting cylinder with 500mm ram travel, while the compression bearer is raised or lowered by a motorized system.

Frequently Asked Questions
What size culvert specimens can this tester handle?
Up to 2.1 x 1.2 x 3 metres.
Why does the frame include a sand-bed compartment?
It provides the standard 75mm sand bedding required by the governing test method, supporting the box culvert specimen correctly during crushing.
How does this differ from the Concrete Pipe Tester?
This machine is built for box-section culvert specimens with a sand-bed compartment, while the Concrete Pipe Tester is built for round pipe specimens up to Ø3200mm without a sand bed.
