The Touch Screen Compression Machine 3000kN from Tvet Equipments is a heavy-duty, dual-range concrete compression and flexural testing machine featuring an imported DC motor drive, fully enclosed safety guarding, and an upgraded touch-screen Smartz Controller for high-throughput concrete laboratories.
How It Works
Concrete cube or cylinder specimens are loaded between the machine's platens, driven by an imported DC motor offering greater durability, lower noise and lower power consumption than older AC-motor designs. The Touch Screen Smartz Controller V1.1 displays load in real time on a 155 x 85 mm LCD screen with a real-time speed indicator bar, supports both manual and conditional automatic loading, and auto-converts results from kN to MPa according to the selected sample type. Results auto-save for up to 450 specimens and can be exported via USB, with a maximum-force-hold facility and real-time force-versus-time graph for detailed analysis.
