Vibrating Table Manufacturer,Supplier and Exporter in India
Product Code : TVT-CTE-10485
The Vibrating Table is a laboratory compaction table used to vibrate concrete cube and cylinder specimens during casting, fitted with a clamping device to hold the mould in place and a timer control for up to 60 minutes of vibration.
How It Works
The concrete-filled mould is secured to the table top with the built-in clamping device, and the motor (running at 3000 or 3600 rpm) vibrates the table, causing the fresh concrete to flow and consolidate within the mould, expelling entrapped air voids and achieving full compaction around reinforcement or mould corners. The timer control lets the operator set a fixed vibration duration up to 60 minutes, and the table is built to run with a minimum noise level for laboratory use.

Applications
Used to compact fresh concrete cube and cylinder specimens by vibration during specimen preparation, per ASTM C192 and IS 516, which specify vibration as an accepted method of compacting concrete test specimens (alongside rodding/tamping).

Frequently Asked Questions
What speeds does this vibrating table run at?
3000 or 3600 rpm.
What is the maximum vibration time the timer supports?
Up to 60 minutes, though actual concrete compaction times used in practice are typically much shorter (seconds to a couple of minutes per specimen) as specified in ASTM C192/IS 516.
Why is compaction by vibration used instead of manual rodding?
Vibration is generally faster and more consistent for compacting stiffer or less workable mixes, and is one of the two compaction methods (alongside rodding) recognised by ASTM C192 and IS 516 for preparing concrete test specimens.
