The Digimatic Compression Machine 2000kN from Tvet Equipments is an extremely strong, oversized compression testing machine built for high rigidity and stability, featuring a ball-seated upper platen and a base platen with a 150 mm cube centering guide pin for accurate concrete cube testing.
How It Works
A concrete cube specimen is centred on the base platen's guide pin and loaded via the fixed upper head's ball-seated platen, ensuring even load distribution even with minor specimen face irregularities. The rapid-approach system closes the gap to the specimen quickly before controlled loading at Grade 1.0 compression accuracy, while a piston anti-over-travel limit switch and full front-and-side safety enclosure protect the operator. The digimatic multi-function controller displays force in kN and MPa, holds maximum force with a real-time force-versus-time graph, runs multiple test programs, auto-saves up to 450 results, and outputs via RS-232 for instant printing.
