Low Strain Pile Integrity Tester Manufacturer,Supplier and Exporter in India
Product Code : TVT-CTE-10530
The Low Strain Pile Integrity Tester is a portable, touch-screen instrument for assessing the structural integrity of foundation piles using the reflected-wave (low-strain impact) method, with a piezoelectric accelerometer/speedometer sensor and rugged, high-strength engineering-plastic housing.
How It Works
A light hammer impact is applied to the pile top, generating a low-strain stress wave that travels down the pile; when the wave encounters a change in cross-section or concrete quality (a defect, neck, bulge, or the pile toe), it generates a reflected wave observed back at the pile top. By analysing the propagation time, amplitude and phase of this reflected wave, the instrument evaluates the pile's structural integrity along its length.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does the Low Strain Pile Integrity Tester detect?
It detects changes in a pile\u2019s cross-section or concrete quality — such as defects, necking, bulging, or the pile toe — by analysing reflected stress waves from a light hammer impact at the pile top.
How many test channels does this instrument have?
One channel, using a piezoelectric accelerometer and speedometer sensor.
How long does the battery last in the field?
The removable lithium battery provides a service life of 10 hours or more per charge, with a desktop charger supplied.
