The TVET Console Unit is a stand-alone power and control console for compression testing machines, using a DC motor coupled with a 5-element radial-injection hydraulic pump to drive dual-frame compression testing across both high and low load ranges (50kN – 3000kN).
How It Works
The console houses the hydraulic power pack and control electronics separately from the compression frame; the DC motor drives the 5-element radial pump to build hydraulic pressure, with a rapid-approach function to quickly close the gap onto the specimen and a 3-way manual release valve to control the load application and release across the dual-channel high/low range.
