The Digimatic Flexural Mortar Compression Machine 100/300kN is a two-prestressed-column test frame primarily built for concrete beam flexural testing, with an optional device that adapts the same frame for mortar cube compression testing, controlled by a digimatic multi-function controller.
How It Works
A pressure transducer and loading-rate control knob, together with the digimatic controller, let the operator run tests at a controlled loading speed while the console displays force in both kN and MPa. The controller shows a real-time force-vs-time graph, holds the maximum force reached, and auto-saves results for up to 450 specimens; an RS232 port supports instant result printing with a separately-ordered mini printer. A 5-element injection hydraulic pump and rapid-approach system speed up test cycle time, and the frame is rated Grade 1.0 accuracy. Fitting the optional mortar compression device converts the same frame from beam flexural testing to 50mm mortar cube compression testing.
