Concrete Pan Type Mixer (Forced Speed) Manufacturer,Supplier and Exporter in India
Product Code : TVT-CTE-10503
The Concrete Pan Type Mixer (Forced Speed) is a laboratory and field mixer for preparing concrete specimens and mixtures, built with hardened and rectified steel pan and mixing gears and an oil-bath motor reducer with Gleason conical coupling, available in 80, 120 and 300-litre pan capacities.
How It Works
Concrete constituents are loaded into the rotating pan, where fixed mixing blades and paddles — height-adjustable and manufactured from hardened steel to resist wear — provide a uniform, efficient, fast mixing action. Controls run through a magneto-thermic switch and release automatic coil housed in an IP67 enclosure, and a manually controlled discharge opening at the base of the pan allows direct unloading into a wheelbarrow or other suitable container.

Frequently Asked Questions
What sizes does this pan mixer come in?
Three pan capacities are available: 80 litres, 120 litres, and 300 litres, each with correspondingly rated motor power and weight.
How is the mixed concrete removed from the pan?
Through a manually controlled discharge opening at the bottom of the pan, allowing direct unloading into a wheelbarrow or other suitable container.
What makes this a "forced speed" mixer?
The pan and mixing gears run at a fixed, controlled rotation speed (30-47 RPM) driven through an oil-bath motor reducer with Gleason conical coupling, giving a consistent, forced mixing action rather than relying on gravity-tumbling as in a drum mixer.
