The Specimen Grinding Machine (Fully Enclosed Version) is a fully enclosed specimen flat-polishing machine, built from rugged materials with a built-in water cooling system and control panel, protecting the operator from abrasive dust and noise while grinding concrete specimens, natural stones, and ceramic materials.
How It Works
The cube or cylinder specimen is mounted horizontally on a sliding table, which moves the specimen toward a horizontal grinding wheel for a fine polishing process; the fully enclosed housing contains dust and noise, while the built-in water cooling system keeps the grinding zone cool during operation. Grinding can run automatically, at an adjustable feed rate, or manually.
