Tvet Equipments' Accessories For Mould range covers the full set of supporting tools needed for concrete cube specimen preparation, handling and demoulding, giving laboratories a complete accessory kit alongside their compression testing and mould equipment.
How It Works
Each accessory supports a specific stage of concrete cube specimen preparation: cube pickers (Types A, B and C) safely lift and handle cast specimens, tamping bars compact fresh concrete into the mould, a mini air compressor with flexible hose assists with mould release and cleaning, cast iron cube mould base plates (L-shape and 4-part versions) with wing nuts, washers and clamps secure the mould during casting, a tools opener with hex bolts assists mould disassembly, and ABS heavy-duty plastic demoulding cradles (150 mm and 100 mm) support cubes safely during demoulding. Scoops, an electrical poker vibrator, demoulding oil and a rectangular trowel complete the set for mixing, compacting, releasing and finishing specimens.
