The Electrical Poker Vibrator is a mains-powered immersion vibrator used for internal compaction of concrete specimens, ideal for laboratory and site use where electrical power is available.
How It Works
An electric motor drives an eccentric weight inside the vibrator head, which is immersed directly into freshly placed concrete in a mould or formwork; the resulting high-frequency vibration reduces internal friction between aggregate particles and releases entrapped air, allowing the concrete to consolidate fully.
