The Galvanized Curing Tank With Drain Valve is a galvanized-steel water curing tank for concrete test specimens, available in a range of sizes holding from around 60 to over 500 standard 150mm cubes, with a drain valve for easy water changeover and cleaning.
How It Works
Concrete cubes, cylinders, or beams are fully submerged in the tank, which is filled with clean water (often lime-saturated water per the governing standard) maintained at the specified curing temperature, keeping specimens continuously moist until their test age. The drain valve allows the tank to be emptied for water renewal and cleaning without tipping or lifting the tank.
