The Curing Tank Heavy Duty Plastic is a single large-capacity water curing tank moulded from polyethylene, holding around 90 standard 150mm concrete cubes, built to be extremely robust and stable for use in site laboratories as well as central labs.
How It Works
Concrete cube specimens are fully submerged in the tank, which is filled with clean water at the specified curing temperature, keeping specimens continuously moist until their scheduled test age. The polyethylene construction resists corrosion and is more impact-resistant than thinner sheet materials, making it well suited to the rougher handling conditions typical of a site laboratory.
