The Auto CBR Tester is a touch-screen-controlled California Bearing Ratio loading machine with a rigid, compact bench-mounting design and a servo-drive system, delivering reliable, highly accurate test results with real-time graphing.
How It Works
A compacted soil specimen in its CBR mould is loaded onto the machine's platen; a servo motor advances the penetration piston at a controlled rate while the large touchscreen displays a real-time load-penetration graph and captures test data automatically. An emergency stop button is provided for operator safety, and the servo drive reduces vibration and noise compared with conventional motor drives.
