Jolting Apparatus (Fully Enclosed Version) Manufacturer,Supplier and Exporter in India
Product Code : TVT-CMTE-10409
The Jolting Apparatus (Fully Enclosed Version) from Tvet Equipments compacts freshly mixed cement mortar into 40 x 40 x 160 mm prism moulds through the same standardised jolting compaction method as Tvet Equipments' standard Jolting Apparatus, with a fully enclosed guard structure for enhanced operator safety.
How It Works
Mortar-filled prism moulds are secured onto the oscillating half of the apparatus's two-part galvanised chrome steel structure using a quick-locking clamp device. The machine delivers a fixed drop height of 15 mm at 60 drops per minute, with a digital selector letting the operator pre-set the number of cycles before automatic stop. The fully enclosed housing, together with an emergency stop switch, built-in feed hopper and main control panel with indicator neon, gives this version an added layer of operator protection during operation.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q1. How is this different from the standard Jolting Apparatus?
This version adds a fully enclosed guard structure around the oscillating mechanism for enhanced operator safety, while delivering the same EN 196-1 jolting compaction performance.
Q2. What standard governs the jolting compaction method?
EN 196-1 specifies the jolting apparatus method for compacting cement mortar into prism moulds ahead of strength testing.
Q3. Does the enclosure affect the compaction performance?
No, the fully enclosed version delivers the same 15 mm drop height at 60 drops per minute as the standard model — the enclosure adds operator protection without changing the compaction parameters.
