Digimatic Compression Machine (Low Strength) 300 - 1000kN Manufacturer,Supplier and Exporter in India
Product Code : TVT-CMTE-10396
The Digimatic Compression Machine (Low Strength) 300-1000kN from Tvet Equipments is a semi-automatic compression testing machine purpose-built for low-strength specimens such as concrete, brick and mortar, with a user-configurable maximum force anywhere between 300 and 1000 kN.
How It Works
The specimen is positioned between the top and bottom compression platens and loaded through a high-tensile, pre-stressed 4-column frame via a 5-element hydraulic injection pump, with a rapid-approach system closing the gap to the specimen quickly before the controlled loading phase begins. Force is measured to Grade 1.0 compression accuracy and displayed on the digimatic multi-function controller's 115 x 65 mm high-resolution LED screen, showing force in kN and MPa alongside a real-time force-versus-time graph. The controller can hold the maximum recorded force, run multiple pre-set testing programs, auto-save results for up to 450 specimens, and output results via an RS-232 port for instant printing.

Applications
This machine is used for compressive strength testing of low-strength concrete, brick, mortar and similar building materials to ASTM C39 / IS 516 / EN 12390-4, giving quality-control laboratories a dedicated, appropriately-ranged compression tester rather than relying on a general high-capacity concrete testing machine that may be less accurate at lower force levels.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q1. What standard governs low-strength compression testing?
ASTM C39, IS 516 and EN 12390-4 all specify compressive strength test procedures for concrete, mortar and masonry units within this machine's low-strength capacity range.
Q2. Why choose a 300-1000 kN low-strength machine over a higher-capacity unit?
A lower-capacity, appropriately-ranged machine gives more accurate, sensitive readings for low-strength materials like brick, mortar and lower-grade concrete than a general high-capacity machine designed for full-strength structural concrete.
Q3. Can test results be saved and printed automatically?
Yes, the digimatic controller auto-saves results for up to 450 specimens and supports instant result printing via its RS-232 port (mini printer and cable ordered separately).
