The Electro-Hydraulic Servo Control Universal Testing Machine (300 kN) is a computer-controlled tensile, compression, bending and shear testing system for metallic and non-metallic materials, built around electro-hydraulic servo control and electronic measurement in line with metal tensile test method practice.

How It Works

A micro-computer automatically collects and processes test data, displaying test curves and readings in real time while performing tension, compression, shear, cycling and creep tests under closed-loop electro-hydraulic servo control. The system automatically derives multiple technical parameters — elastic modulus E, upper and lower yield strength (ReH/ReL), specified non-proportional elongation strength (Rr), tensile strength (Rm) and more — and produces fully user-defined reports with report sheets, labels, charts and images, exportable to Microsoft Excel over USB or Ethernet.
