The Fully Automatic Universal Testing Machine (100 kN) is a twin-column, electromechanical tensile and compression testing system driven by a DC speed-regulating servomotor and precision ball screws, suited to a wide range of metal, non-metal and composite materials.
How It Works
A servo drive and servo motor advance the crosshead via twin high-precision ball screws along twin rigid columns, with test speed held under closed-loop control and single-chip automatic control managing the professional servo system's PWM (pulse-width-modulation) drive. Test data and status are displayed in real time on an LCD module, with selectable curve axes (time, load, displacement, deformation, stress or strain) and key results — maximum force, tensile strength, upper and lower yield — captured automatically via the Test Master software, with a computer connector for data export. Safety features include emergency stop, overload protection, and upper/lower limit switch sensors with automatic retreat.
