The Automatic Mortar Mixer from Tvet Equipments prepares cement mortar of consistent, uniform quality for compressive and flexural strength testing, and can also mix lime with pozzolanic materials for lime-reactivity determination or soil-additive blending.
How It Works
Cement, standard sand, and water are loaded into the mixing bowl beneath a planetary-and-beater mixing head, enclosed behind a built-in safety door. The beater orbits the bowl (planetary motion) while also spinning on its own axis, at two selectable speed pairs, blending the mortar to a uniform plastic consistency free of dry pockets, following the fixed mixing sequence and timing specified for standard mortar preparation.
