The Automatic Mortar & Flexural Compression Test Machine from Tvet Equipments is a fully computer-controlled dual-frame system that carries out both flexural and compression testing of cement mortar specimens automatically, recording and storing results digitally without manual intervention.
How It Works
The machine is equipped with two independent loading frames — one for compression testing of 50 mm mortar cubes and one for flexural testing of 40 x 40 x 160 mm mortar prisms — each with its own measuring range for accurate performance across both test types. Super Test 7.2 software controls the loading rate automatically at a constant, pre-set speed, displays the load in real time on a test curve, and saves results virtually without limit inside the connected computer, with reports available for immediate printing after each test.
