Globe Stirrer Couplings Manufacturer,Supplier and Exporter in India
Product Code : TVT-CELE-10735
Globe Stirrer Couplings are POM (polyoxymethylene) plastic couplings that connect an agitator drive to a stirrer shaft, absorbing axis misalignment while transmitting substantial torque at high rotational speeds.
How It Works
Made from POM, a plastic offering good mechanical strength, the coupling can transmit up to 300 Ncm of torque at speeds up to 1,200 rpm while accommodating a maximum axis misalignment of 10 mm between the agitator and the stirrer shaft. It is compatible with glass, metal or PTFE stirrer shafts, and its low weight keeps centrifugal forces low during operation, reducing vibration. The coupling works equally well for left- or right-handed rotation, runs without resonance, and assembles quickly using screw joints with clamp rings.

Applications
Data note: this product is catalogued under Tvet Equipments' Civil Engineering Lab Equipment category, but is a laboratory stirring accessory rather than a civil/materials-testing apparatus — this reflects a catalog categorisation mismatch already flagged at the category level. Globe stirrer couplings are used to connect overhead stirrer drives to stirrer shafts in chemistry and pharmaceutical laboratories, compensating for minor misalignment between the drive and shaft without introducing vibration or resonance into the stirring setup.
