Load Proving Ring Manufacturer,Supplier and Exporter in India
Product Code : TVT-MTE-10652
The Load Proving Ring is a calibrated load-measuring device used to accurately measure applied force in Marshall stability and unconfined compression test setups.
How It Works
An applied load elastically deforms the steel ring by an amount proportional to the force applied; this deformation is measured by an internal dial gauge, and because the ring has been individually calibrated against a known reference load (with an in-house calibration certificate supplied), the dial reading can be converted directly to the applied load with a repeatability within ±0.2% of the indicated load.

Applications
Load proving rings are used as an accurate load-measuring accessory in Marshall stability testing per ASTM D6926/D6927 and in unconfined compression testing per ASTM D2166/IS 2720 Part 10, offering a robust, independently calibrated alternative to a digital load cell for verifying applied test loads.
