The High Speed Shear Emulsifying Homogenizer is a laboratory high-speed shear-dispersing emulsifier designed for mixing materials of low, medium and high viscosity. It works by shear-emulsifying pulverized particulate material within a liquid medium, producing fine, uniform dispersions and emulsions for sample preparation and formulation work.
How It Works
The unit consists of three main parts: a running-state controller, a drive motor, and a shear emulsification working head. The high-speed, high-output drive motor is built with a safety-oriented design, while the working head is manufactured from high-quality stainless steel for corrosion resistance during repeated use with aqueous and chemical media. The running-state controller uses a stepless (continuously variable) speed governor with a touch-type control structure, allowing convenient and accurate speed adjustment. The working head connects to the drive motor via a coupling, which allows it to be disassembled easily and flexibly for cleaning or replacement between samples.
