Digimatic Cooling Bath

Product Code : TVT-MTE-10686

The Digimatic Cooling Bath is a laboratory circulating bath that provides temperature-controlled cold or heated water for laboratory testing procedures.

How It Works

A refrigeration compressor cools the bath's stainless steel water reservoir, while a built-in water heater can warm the bath above ambient temperature when a warmer setpoint is required; an internal circulation pump plus an external circulation system (with 2 inlet/outlet flow connections, two 1-metre flexible hoses, and a transfer disc unit) can supply temperature-controlled water to external apparatus, with a high-accuracy electronic thermometer giving a digital temperature display for silent, precise operation.

Applications

Temperature-controlled circulating baths of this type are used across laboratory testing wherever a precise, stable water temperature is required, such as for softening point, ductility, and other bitumen tests, or for temperature-sensitive concrete and cement testing procedures.

Data-quality note: the source description states the bath heats water "above ambient up to 60°C", while its own specification table lists a temperature range of 5°C to 80°C. Both figures are presented above exactly as recorded; please confirm the correct maximum operating temperature with the manufacturer before publishing.
