The Core Bit Set (Coupling, Tubing & Crown) is a complete three-piece coring assembly — crown, coupling, and barrel tubing — supplied together for extracting cylindrical cores from concrete or rock.
How It Works
The diamond-impregnated crown cuts into the material as the coring machine rotates and advances the assembly; the coupling joins the crown securely to the barrel tubing, which houses the extracted cylindrical core as the assembly is driven deeper into the concrete or rock, ready for later removal and laboratory testing.
