How It Works
The transparent acrylic body allows clear visual reading of the liquid level during a titration, while the PTFE plunger stopcock at the base provides precise, leak-proof flow control for dispensing titrant drop by drop. Because acrylic is unaffected by dilute minerals, acids and bases, the burette is suitable for the vast majority of routine titration reagents, with the notable exception of hydrofluoric acid and ammonium hydroxide, which are not compatible with the acrylic body.
